Carnival By The Bay 2023

Marina Bay Alliance, the place-maker for the Marina Bay pilot Business Improvement District (BID), presents Marina Bay’s signature event of 2023 – Carnival by The Bay!

The outdoor movie screening and fun-filled carnival will be held on 22 & 23 September 2023 at The Lawn @Marina Bay, from 5.00pm to 9.30pm.

The cool breeze and breathtaking skyline views of Marina Bay will set you in the perfect mood for a wonderful outdoor movie experience! Oh, and the best thing, the movie screening is free!

The carnival ground will be open from 5.00pm on both days with interactive arcade games, and exciting inflatables. An ideal evening outing for adults and children, be it for a couple date night, chill-out with a group of friends or fun time with the family.

Movie screening will start after sunset at 7.30pm. While outdoor chairs are available, the seats are limited. Attendees are welcome to bring your own picnic mats and bean bags to chope your favourite spot early.

Is this a free event?

This is a free entry event, no pre-booking required for the movie screening. There will be food and game booths and coupons will available for purchase at the ticket counter.

What are the seating arrangements?

Outdoor sitting chairs will be provided at the event on a first come first serve basis. You are encouraged to bring your own picnic mats.

Mode of payment for the beverage and game booths

This is a cashless event, PayNow will be accepted at the ticketing booth.

What happens if it rains?

As an outdoor event, Carnival by the Bay is subject to prevailing weather conditions. In the event of wet weather, the movie screening will be relocated to Marina One West Tower, Auditorium Hall, Level 3. Marina One is located within walking distance from The Lawn. There will be complimentary popcorn provided!
