By attending the event under Marina Bay Alliance, I hereby declare that I:

• Am/Are medically fit to participate in the activities and will not attend if I/we and are any of our household members are unwell or have any possible COVID-19 exposure.

• Agree to abide by the event and venue regulations.

• Consent that collection, use and/or disclosure of my personal particulars by MBA for purposes pertaining only to matters in relation to such events/programmes.

• Consent that any photographs, video recordings, and/or any other media records of this event may be used by MBA for any legitimate purposes, including commercial and marketing usage on multiple platforms/channels.

• Undertake responsibility for any damage and/or loss of property, injury, or loss of life, which may be sustained by me, arising from any cause in connection with the activity.

• Indemnify MBA and organising agent against any claim by any part in connection with the events/programmes.

• Have entered all the information in the registration form as accurately as possible

• Agree that MBA reserves the right to alter any information and terms of the programme without prior notice and/or explicitly notifying me of the revisions.

• Acknowledge that incomplete or inaccurate information may deny my/ our participation to the event.
